Would you like to make new friends and get a little more exercise?
Ever thought about a gentle game of bowls but put off by the stuffy image and dress code? Forget it! Bowls is for everyone, offering gentle, all-round exercise in fresh air improving mental health, promoting well-being while making new friends.
COME ALONG TO OUR ROLL UP NIGHTS TUESDAY EVENINGS from MAY 5th – 25th AUGUST, STARTING AT 6pm.
Bring the family; we have bowls for children. Come as you are, no colour code: but flat soled shoes/trainers. Bowls supplied. Never played before? We’ll help you learn the game in a fun and friendly atmosphere, over a cuppa and a natter.
